We are extremely happy to provide a FREE In-Store pick up at our Lake Forest, CA location to help accommodate our customers with busy schedules. Please read below for details on in store pick up orders.
 
  • If I choose 'FREE In-Store Pickup' when will my order be ready?

Orders defined as "In Store Pickup" will be available for pick up in store the next business day. In store pickup is available 7 days a week. Please allow us at least 24 hours from the time of order to pick & properly process your items. If your order is ready for pick up the same day, we will notify you. Pick up orders are available only at our Lake Forest store location. We will hold your order for up to 10 days, but ask that you attempt to pick it up in a timely manner due to storage constraints.

 

  • Where do I pick up my order?

Your order can be picked up only from our Lake Forest, CA store location. Orders will be available at our front counter or customer service areas. Please see below address & phone number.

  • I just placed my order, what time can I pick it up in store?
We want to make sure that we get your order right! Please allow us 24 hours from the time of placing your order before attempting to pick up in-store.  Your order will be available for pick up in store the next business day. If your order is available for same day pick up, we will notify you. We will hold your order in store for as long as needed to fit your schedule. 
 
  • I want to cancel my order and I chose "In Store Pickup"...what do I do?
We understand that sometimes orders do need to be cancelled. In this event, please contact us via email at customerservice@thecostumecastle.com or call our warehouse at (949) 588-9001 and we will gladly cancel your order. A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed and deducted from the amount of your refund. This is due to the fact that our team had to take the time to pick, pull, process, and hold your items while they could have been sold to another customer. We hope you understand the need for this. 
 
  •    I still have questions regarding in-store pickup...what do I do?
