Here are a few of our FAQs about our inventory both online & in-store:


"Is everything you carry on your website?"

No. We actually have MUCH more in our stores than we currently have available on our website. We are also still in the process of putting our 20,000+ items online for our customers. So just because you don't see it online, doesn't mean that we don't carry it. It's worth calling us to check!


"If an item in "In-Stock" on your website, does that mean it is in stock at your stores?"

Yes - but this only refers to our Year Round Lake Forest store! Our seasonal location has their own inventory which is not accounted for on our website so they may have it in stock too! To be certain you that an item is in stock, we recommend checking with each store directly.


"So if an item is "Out Of Stock" online that means you don't have it in-store?"

Incorrect! It sometimes takes up to a week to update our HUGE inventory of products and get them back in stock online. So not only might we have just gotten it back in, but our seasonal location may also have it in stock! So please feel free to contact us to verify stock on an item.
