Rental Policy

All rental prices are for a full 3-Day peiod.

Additional days may be added to the rental term for an additional 1/3 of the rental fee.  

A full security deposit is required by either cash or credit card on the day of rental pickup. 

No refunds on rentals one they have been picked up and removed from the store.

Rentals that have been reserved may be cancelled prior to pick up but will be assessed a $10.00 cancellation fee per item.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the completeness, fit, and condition of their item prior to leaving the store. If there are pieces missing or any visable damage, please ensure that this is noted on the rental contract otherwise you may be held responsible and lose part or all of your security deposit.

Rentals not returned by the due date will be assessed a late fee of 1/3 the rental price for each date late.


Special Order Policy

No refunds on special orders.

Please allow 14 days for delivery. 

If any item is not available by the due, the customer will recieve a full refund on that special order item only. No other refunds will be allowed.

In the event that an item is not available, the customer may request a substitute item but is responsible for any additional price differences.
